Along with representing the manufacturers, we also own our own roll former which allows us to buy raw material and form your panels on site or at our shop. This in turn provides significant cost savings and can shorten the amount of install time since the panels don't have to be ordered. When evaluating the price of a roof system, installation, maintenance and repair costs over the life of the roof must be considered. Independent studies have shown that a metal roof system is generally the most economical alternative when all factors are considered. Traditional roofing systems, such as asphalt shingles, average 12 to 20 years before a homeowner is faced with a re-roofing project. A metal roof system, however, averages 20 to 50 years before potentially requiring maintenance. There are many buildings that are still protected by their original metal roof system after a hundred years. |
